Day 1
Arrive Baku
Arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport and welcome to Baku, the Land of Fire. After transferring to your hotel and check in, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant on your own. In the evening, proceed to visit Highland Park, where you'll find the Alley of Martyrs, the National Assembly (Milli Majlis), and the stunning Flame Towers, the tallest skyscrapers in Baku. After your tour, savour dinner at a local eatery before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Baku.
Day 2
Baku City Tour
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, start your Old City tour around 9 AM. Explore Baku's most ancient part, surrounded by well-preserved walls. As of 2007, the Old City had a population of about 3,000 people. In December 2000, it became the first location in Azerbaijan to be classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, including highlights like the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the Maiden Tower. Around noon, take a leisurely stroll along Baku Boulevard, which stretches along the south-facing bay of the Caspian Sea, starting from Freedom Square and continuing west toward the Old City. After a relaxing walk, enjoy lunch at a local café before continuing your tour with a visit to the Heydar Aliyev Center in the afternoon. This remarkable 57,500 m² building, designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid, is renowned for its distinctive flowing architecture. Don’t forget to capture some photos outside! Day 3
Flame Tour – Ateshgah & Yanardag
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on your exploration of the Land of Fire at around 9 AM. Your first stop is Ateshgah (Fire Worshippers Temple), a historical site used for Hindu and Zoroastrian worship, with Persian and Indian inscriptions. The word "Atash" means "fire" in Persian. Next, head to Yanardag, or "Blazing Mountain," located about 25 km north of Baku on the Absheron Peninsula. Here, you'll witness natural gas flames dancing on the hillside, creating a mesmerizing display of fire that has burned continuously for centuries. After your adventures, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before returning to the city. In the evening, visit Ganjilik Mall for a shopping experience, just a 10-minute taxi ride from the city center, or explore Genclik Mall, the largest in Baku, featuring over 80 stores, bowling halls, a big cinema, a playground for children, Bravo supermarket, VIP restaurants, and food courts. Return to the hotel for dinner. Overnight stay at hotel in Baku.
Day 4
Gabala Tour
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, depart for Gabala, located 225 km northwest of Baku, around 8 AM. The journey will take approximately 5 hours. Upon arrival, embark on your tour, starting with Tufandag Winter-Summer Tourism Complex, where you can enjoy cable car rides and various skiing activities, along with dining options at cafes and restaurants. Around noon, break for lunch at one of the local eateries before continuing your excursion to Nohur Lake. Nestled in the beautiful Qabala region, this stunning lake is a bit off the main path but offers breathtaking views as you venture deeper into the mountains. After a day of exploration, return to Baku in the late afternoon, aiming to arrive by dinner time. Enjoy a meal at your hotel or at a nearby restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel in Baku.
Day 5
Shopping Tour
After having breakfast at the hotel, start your shopping tour around 9 AM with a visit to a local sweet shop to sample Bakhlava, a traditional treat. Next, continue to “Xurcun,” a shop specializing in dry fruits and sweets, where you can explore a variety of local delicacies. Afterwards head to Nizami Street, a vibrant shopping destination with a rich history that dates back to Baku's town-planning project of 1864. This lively street runs through the downtown area from west to east, offering a mix of shops and local culture. Around noon, take a break for lunch at one of the eateries along Nizami Street. Afterward, proceed to Deniz Mall, an impressive 120,000 m² complex located on land reclaimed from the Caspian Sea. With five floors dedicated to entertainment, leisure, and dining, Deniz Mall features unique offerings such as Casa Culinary Art School of Azerbaijan and popular restaurants like TGI Friday and Dine Hall. Return to the hotel for dinner. Overnight stay at hotel in Baku.

Departure
After having breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel. Take flight back to home with amazing memories of baku. ***END OF TOUR***

Things to Look Out For
The e-visa, and the other stamp
Indian passport holders get the ASAN e-visa online in three working days. Straightforward. The catch is older: if your passport carries an Armenian stamp, expect hard questions at Baku immigration. Azerbaijan and Armenia are not on speaking terms, so don't try to combine the two on one trip unless your operator has routed it carefully.

Plan Your Timing
When to Go
Baku sits on a windy spit in the Caspian, and its weather is milder than the latitude suggests. The sweet spots are spring, April to June, when the Absheron is green and the Caspian breeze is soft, and autumn, September to October, warm and dry. July and August are hot and humid in the city, though Shahdag and the Caucasus stay cool. Winter is grey and wet at sea level but it's the season for the snow resorts up north.
