These terms and conditions govern every booking, quotation and travel arrangement made with Tibro Journeys (“Tibro”, “we”, “us”). By confirming a booking with us. in writing, by email, or by paying a deposit. you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and every traveller named on the booking.
Where a specific tour, trade fair package or itinerary carries its own written terms, those terms apply in addition to these; if they conflict, the tour-specific terms prevail.
2. Bookings & payments
A booking is confirmed only once we have received the required deposit and issued a written confirmation. The balance is due by the date stated on your invoice. For bookings made close to departure, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Prices are quoted per the inclusions listed on your itinerary. Anything not expressly listed. visas, insurance, tips, personal expenses, and items described as optional. is at your own cost unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
3. Pricing & currency
Quotations are based on costs, exchange rates and taxes current at the date of quotation and remain subject to availability until confirmed. Until your booking is fully paid, prices may change if these underlying costs move materially. for example due to currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges or changes in government-imposed taxes and fees.
4. Changes & cancellations by you
If you wish to amend or cancel a confirmed booking, please tell us in writing. Amendments are subject to availability and may attract charges levied by airlines, hotels and other suppliers, plus an administration fee.
Cancellation charges depend on how far ahead of departure you cancel and on the cancellation policies of the suppliers involved. The applicable scale is set out on your invoice; deposits and third-party charges are generally non-refundable.
5. Changes & cancellations by us
We plan every journey carefully, but occasionally we must make changes. Most are minor. If a significant change becomes necessary before departure, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer you a reasonable alternative or a refund of amounts recoverable from suppliers.
