Day 1
Arrive Prague Welcome to the Czech Republic!!
On arrival at Prague Airport (around 12:00 – 14:00 hrs, depending on your flight), meet your driver and transfer by private van to your hotel. After check-in at the hotel by 15:00 hrs, settle in and relax for a while. The evening (around 17:00 hrs onwards) is free at leisure, giving you the opportunity to explore the charming streets of Prague at your own pace or simply unwind at the hotel. Overnight stay at your hotel in Prague.
Day 2
Prague – Grand City Tour (No Guide) + Prague Castle
Begin your day with a hearty buffet breakfast at the hotel (08:00 hrs). At around 09:00 hrs, set out on a grand city tour of Prague, exploring its artistic and architectural gems. By 11:00 hrs, proceed to the majestic Prague Castle complex, where you will step inside the awe-inspiring St. Vitus Cathedral, renowned for its Gothic spires, intricate stained-glass windows, and centuries of history. Around 13:00 hrs, continue on a guided walk through the Jewish Quarter (Josefov), where the cobbled lanes and synagogues reveal a deep cultural heritage. By 15:00 hrs, arrive at the vibrant Old Town Square, home to the world-famous Astronomical Clock and the striking Tyn Cathedral. Here, you can admire the lively street performances, medieval architecture, and buzzing café culture. Overnight stay at your hotel in Prague.
Day 3
Prague - Cesky Krumlov Private Day Trip From Prague
Start your day with a buffet breakfast at the hotel (07:30 – 08:30 hrs). At 08:45 hrs, depart from Prague by your private van for a scenic drive to Cesky Krumlov, one of Bohemia’s most picturesque towns, renowned for its Renaissance-era architecture, charming cafes, shops, and galleries. Upon arrival at around 11:30 hrs, begin exploring the UNESCO World Heritage-listed town center, soaking in the medieval charm and cobblestone streets. Take time to enjoy the local ambiance, visit quaint shops, or stop for coffee at one of the cafes. By 13:00 hrs, proceed to Krumlov Castle, the second-largest castle in Bohemia after Prague Castle. Explore the castle grounds, admire the Renaissance architecture, and enjoy panoramic views of the town. (Note: The castle is closed from 31st October to 21st March; during this period, an alternate stop at the historic town of Ceske Budejovice will be included.) After the tour, start your return journey to Prague at around 16:00 hrs, arriving at your hotel by 18:30 – 19:00 hrs. The evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at your hotel in Prague.
Day 4
Prague to Vienna By Private Van
Begin your morning with a buffet breakfast at the hotel (07:30 – 08:30 hrs). After breakfast, complete your check-out formalities (09:00 hrs) and depart from Prague by your private van for Vienna. The journey takes approximately 4–5 hours, offering scenic countryside views along the way. Arrive in Vienna by around 14:00 hrs, and proceed to your hotel for check-in. After settling into your room, take some time to relax and refresh. The rest of the afternoon and evening (16:00 hrs onwards) is free at leisure. You may choose to explore the neighborhood, enjoy a casual stroll, or unwind at a local café. Overnight stay at your hotel in Vienna.
Day 5
Vienna City Tour With SchöNbrunn Palace
Begin your morning with a buffet breakfast at the hotel (07:30 – 08:30 hrs). At around 09:00 hrs, proceed for a guided city tour of Vienna, where you will be introduced to the city’s most important and iconic sights. Drive along the grand Ringstrasse boulevard, passing architectural treasures such as the State Opera House, the Museums of Fine Arts and Natural History, the majestic Parliament Building, the Burgtheater (National Theatre), the City Hall, and the historic University of Vienna. By around 11:30 hrs, continue towards the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace, the former imperial summer residence of the Habsburgs. Explore the lavish state apartments and beautifully landscaped gardens that reflect centuries of imperial grandeur. Take time to enjoy the palace grounds and capture photos at panoramic viewpoints. Return to your hotel by approximately 15:00 hrs, after which the rest of the day is free at leisure. You may choose to relax or explore Vienna on your own. Perhaps enjoy a leisurely coffee at a traditional Viennese café or take an evening stroll through the city center. Overnight stay at your hotel in Vienna.

Vienna – Budapest By Van
Enjoy buffet breakfast at your hotel. Later, check out of your hotel and proceed Budapest by your private van. Upon reaching your hotel, check in and relax and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at your hotel in Budapest.
Day 7
Budapest City Tour
Enjoy buffet breakfast at your hotel. Admire the views along the UNESCO-listed Danube riverfront, browse the stalls at the Central Market Hall, and explore the Jewish Quarter, home to Europe’s largest Synagogue, then continue to City Park to see the historic Széchenyi Bath, the largest thermal bath in Europe. Along the way, stop to take photos of landmarks such as the National Museum, the Parliament building, Western Railway Station, Vajdahunyad Castle, and Heroes Square. Jump out to stroll down the elegant Andrassy Avenue, home to the lavish Hungarian State Opera House, then take a peek inside the opulent St. Stephen's Basilica. Continue across the Chain Bridge to Buda for a tour of the medieval castle and Trinity Square, Fisherman’s Bastion, and Matyas church. After snapping photos of the grand Buda Castle, which dates from the 13th century, head to Gellért Hill for an unbeatable panoramic view of the city and the Danube River. Overnight stay at your hotel in Budapest.

Things to Look Out For
Crowns, not euros
Czechia keeps its own koruna. The euro is taken in tourist spots at a poor rate. Pay in crowns, draw cash from a bank ATM rather than the blue Euronet machines on the tourist drags (their rates are openly bad), and always decline when a card terminal offers to bill you in your home currency.

The day-trippers from Prague pour into Krumlov by mid-morning and clear out by five. If your itinerary allows, the loveliest hours are the early evening, when the river bends quiet under the castle and the lanes empty. Well worth the longer transfer to see it after the buses leave.

When to Go
Prague and the Czech towns are at their best from May to September. Long light on the spires, beer gardens open, the castle courtyards warm. April and October are quieter shoulder months, cooler but free of the summer crush. December trades the cold for the Old Town Square Christmas market and mulled wine. January through March are grey and raw, the river often iced at the edges.
