Day 1
Welcome to Germany - Frankfurt
Welcome to Germany- the heart of Europe and the land of poets and thinkers. After arriving at Frankfurt Airport, proceed to your hotel and get checked-in. Get relaxed as the next day is full of amazing views. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2
Frankfurt – City Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for Frankfurt express hop on hop off city tour. This tour takes you to all major highlights throughout Frankfurt. Get off the bus at different sights, such as Saint Paul’s Cathedral, Goethe House, “Riverbank Museums”, “Sachsenhausen” Pub District, “Römer” Town Hall or “Hauptwache” Square, among others, to explore the sights in more detail. Dinner at a Restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel. Frankfurt, a central German city on the river Main, is a major financial hub that's home to the European Central Bank. It's the birthplace of famed writer Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, whose former home is now the Goethe House Museum. Like much of the city, it was damaged during World War II and later rebuilt. The reconstructed Altstadt (Old Town) is the site of Römerberg, a square that hosts an annual Christmas market.
Day 3
Frankfurt – Day Trip to Heidelberg
After having breakfast at the hotel, proceed to for a day trip to Heidelberg. This is a Day tour to the beautiful city of Heidelberg, this historically old city on the Neckar which is visited by millions of visitors from all over the world every year. In this tour you will see the famous castle from Heidelberg, which has a historical history. The whole structure, the castle and the courtyard impress with their ruins and construction. The castle is several centuries old and offers a wonderful view over the city from its huge terrace. Here you are looking at one of the largest wine barrels in the world. After visiting the castle, take a walk through the medieval center to the old bridge and the Karlstor, the Renaissance House of the Knights and the Heiliggeistkirche. Dinner at a Restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel. Heidelberg is a town on the Neckar River in southwestern Germany. It’s known for venerable Heidelberg University, founded in the 14th century. Gothic Heiliggeistkirche church towers over the cafe-lined Marktplatz, a town square in the Altstadt (Old Town). The red-sandstone ruins of Heidelberg Castle, a noted example of Renaissance architecture, stand on Königstuhl hill.
Day 4
Frankfurt – Triberg
After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Frankfurt station and take train to Triberg. Arrive into the the town of triberg and proceed to explore the Triberg waterfalls. Germany's highest waterfalls in Triberg are a unique memorable attraction. Foaming and roaring, with a descent of 163m the water of the river Gutach plunges over seven major steps down into the valley. Learn about animals, plants and special features of the waterfall area on descriptive boards and observe the many squirrels along the paths. Dinner at a Restaurant. Overnight stay at a hotel. Whether you like cuckoo clocks or not, Triberg is always worth a visit. If you prefer nature over shops, then head up to Germany’s highest waterfalls which you can access from the town centre. Your hotel is located right in the middle of town – with easy access to shops and restaurants.
Day 5
Triberg – Cuckoo Clock – Lake Titisee
After having breakfast at the hotel, proceed to visit the the Cuckoo Clock Clock. Completed in 1994, it is the world's largest cuckoo clock, a distinction it has held since 1997, when entered the Guinness Book of Records. The clock is over 23 feet tall and 24 feet wide. Every half hour, a cuckoo bird pops out and then you hear Swiss polka music playing. Lunch at Restaurant. In the evening proceed to visit the Lake Titisee. The lake, Titisee, covers an area of 1.3 km2 and averages 20 metres deep. It's a glacial lake that was created in the last ice age. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6
Triberg – Cologne
After having breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Triberg train station and take train to the city of Cologne. After arriving in the city, proceed to your Hotel and get checked – in and relax. In the evening proceed for Rhine Panaromic River Cruise. Enjoy a one-hour panoramic Rhine River sightseeing cruise and soak in the spirit of Cologne. The Rhine River provides access to many of the city’s major attractions, such as Cologne Cathedral, and during your cruise, you'll see top sights and learn about Cologne's 2,000-year history from the onboard audio commentary. While you take in the beautiful city sights, enjoy a freshly tapped glass of Koelsch, a famous local beer available for purchase. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel. Cologne, a 2,000-year-old city spanning the Rhine River in western Germany, is the region’s cultural hub. A landmark of High Gothic architecture set amid reconstructed old town, the twin-spired Cologne Cathedral is also known for its gilded medieval reliquary and sweeping river views.
Day 7
Cologne – City Tour

Cologne – Munich

Dinner at a restaurant. Overnight stay at a hotel. Munich, Bavaria’s capital, is home to centuries-old buildings and numerous museums. The city is known for its annual Oktoberfest celebration and its beer halls, including the famed Hofbräuhaus, founded in 1589. In the Altstadt (Old Town), central Marienplatz square contains landmarks such as Neo-Gothic Neues Rathaus (town hall), with a popular glockenspiel show that chimes and reenacts stories from the 16th century.
Day 9
Munich City Tour
After having breakfast at the hotel, proceed for city sighteeing tour of Munich. mbark on a panoramic hop-on-hop-off tour of Munich aboard a double-decker bus. Take in magnificent views of the city, from Olympic Park and Nymphenburg Palace to the Old City Center and Schwabing, all while immersing yourself in the stories and culture of Munich through the informative narration of the audioguide during the journey. Feel free to hop on or off the bus at any of the stops along the way. Dinner at a restaurant. Overnight stay at a hotel.
Day 10
Munich – Day Trip Skip the Line to Neuschwanstein Castle
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to visit Neuschwanstein castle. The enchanting old-world town of Fussen lies in the foot hills of the Alps, framed by one of the most breathtaking natural settings in the world. Traveling with your small group guided tour from Munich, you'll tour the ethereal Neuschwanstein Castle, be taken to the best vantage points; the lake, the postcard-perfect aerial view of the equally beautiful Hohenschwangau Castle and to the waterfall gorge. Neuschwanstein Castle is a 19th-century historicist palace on a rugged hill of the foothills of the Alps in the very south of Germany, near the border with Austria. Dinner at a restaurant. Day 11
Munich – Dachau Half Day Trip Or Bmw Museum
After having breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the town of Dachau. Visit the memorial site at Dachau on a half-day tour from Munich. Learn about the history and workings of the former concentration camp, and explore the surviving buildings and museum. Or Visit the BMW Musuem. The BMW Museum is the corporate museum of BMW history and was established in 1973, shortly after the 1972 Summer Olympics opened. From 2004 to 2008, it was renovated in connection with the construction of the BMW Welt, directly opposite. The museum reopened on 21 June 2008. Dachau was one of the first concentration camps built by Nazi Germany and the longest running one, opening on 22 March 1933. The camp was initially intended to intern Hitler's political opponents, which consisted of communists, social democrats, and other dissidents. Dinner at a restaurant. Overnight stay at a hotel.

Most shops, including supermarkets, close on Sundays by law. Stock up on the Saturday and plan the Sunday around museums, castles and cafés, which stay open. Being caught hungry with everything shuttered is a classic first-trip mistake.
Cash still talks
Germany runs on cash far more than its neighbours. Plenty of bakeries, taxis and small restaurants won't take cards at all. Keep euros on you, especially once you leave the big cities, and never assume a terminal.

The fairy-tale castle near Munich sells timed tickets that vanish in summer; reserving online days ahead is the only reliable way in. The interior tour is short and brisk. The real reward is the view back from the Marienbrücke bridge, so leave time for it.

Plan Your Timing
When to Go
Germany is most comfortable from May to September. Warm, long days, beer gardens open and castles in full swing. Late September into early October is Oktoberfest in Munich, booked out months ahead. December brings the Christmas markets, cold but worth the coat. January through March and November are grey and cold, with the alpine and castle country at its bleakest.
