Day by Day

Day 1
Welcome to Japan! Upon your arrival at Narita or Haneda International Airport, a dedicated driver would be ready to greet you. You would enjoy a stress-free, private transfer directly to your hotel in Tokyo. This private, one-way service ensures a comfortable start to your Tokyo journey. We wish you a memorable stay in Tokyo!

Day 2
Venture into the heart of Tokyo on a fully-guided tour, encompassing iconic landmarks and local culture. Your day would unfold amid Tokyo's vibrant backdrop, showcasing its intricate blend of traditional elegance and modern charm:

Day 3
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed for HakoneBy rope way from Togendai reach Owakudani station. Later Enjoy Enjoy the free time at Owakudani hot spring valley. Afterwards Transfer to hotel, Check in and relax

Day 4
After breakfast at the hotel, meet our driver in the lobby. Begin your day by experiencing the beauty of the cherry blossoms and learning about the stories of the Fuji Five Lakes region. Upon arrival, enjoy some time by the lake before boarding a Lake Ashi Cruise. Be sure to try one, as it is believed to add five years to your life! Take the ropeway to the top for stunning panoramic views. Afterward, travel back to Tokyo, where you'll be transferred to your hotel to rest and unwind. Overnight stay at Tokyo Hotel.

Day 5
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and meet the driver. Proceed to Shizuoka by road. Upon arrival, visit Kunozan Toshogu Shrine and enjoy a ride on the Nihondaira Ropeway. Later, visit Shizuoka Sengen Shrine. After sightseeing, transfer to the hotel and check in. Overnight stay in Shizuoka.

Day 6
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Shizuoka. After breakfast, complete the check-out formalities, Meet your driver at the hotel lobby and begin your scenic road journey to Gifu, located in the Chubu region of Japan. The drive takes approximately 3 to 4 hours, passing through charming countryside and mountainous landscapes Upon arrival in Gifu, proceed to visit the city’s main attractions: Perched atop Mount Kinka, Gifu Castle offers panoramic views of the surrounding city and Nagara River. Mount Kinka Ropeway: Board the Mount Kinka Ropeway, a scenic cable car that takes you up the forested mountain slope to the castle. Overnight stay in Gifu.

Day 7
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your driver and begin the day’s sightseeing in Gifu.

Day 8
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and meet your driver. Proceed to Nagano by road. Upon arrival, visit the iconic Zenkoji Temple followed by the famous Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park. After sightseeing, transfer to the hotel, check-in, and relax. Overnight stay in Nagano.

Day 9
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your driver and begin a full-day sightseeing tour in and around Nagano.

Day 10
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel in Nagano. After breakfast, check out and meet your driver. Transfer to the train station to board the Shinkansen (via Nagoya) bound for Kyoto. Arrive at Kyoto Station, where your driver will be waiting. Proceed to your hotel in Kyoto. Check-in at the hotel and relax. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Kyoto.

Day 11
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your driver and begin your sightseeing tour of Kyoto.

Day 12
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your driver and depart for a day excursion to Nara.

Day 13
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your driver and begin a day of sightseeing in Kyoto.

Day 14
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel in Kyoto. After breakfast, check out and meet your driver. Depart for Osaka, a dynamic city blending modern attractions with historical landmarks. Approximate Travel Time: 1.5 hours by road Arrival & Sightseeing in Osaka - Osaka Aquarium (Kaiyukan) - Osaka Castle & Park - Umeda Sky Building Overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 15
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your driver and begin a day of local exploration in Osaka.

Day 16
Breakfast at the Hotel. Check-out of the Hotel. Our driver will meet clients at the hotel. Drop-off at the Airport. Return back to India with Happy memories. ***END OF THE TOUR ****

Things to Look Out For
The Japan Rail Pass maths
If your trip runs Tokyo–Kyoto–Osaka and back, a 7-day JR Pass usually pays for itself in two bullet-train legs. But it must be bought before you land, and it doesn't cover the fastest Nozomi shinkansen. Reserve seats at the station the morning you travel; the green-car upgrade is worth it on the longer runs.
Carry cash, and coins
Japan still runs on cash far more than its reputation suggests. Temples, small restaurants, and the vending machines that line every street want yen, not cards. The 7-Eleven ATMs take foreign cards reliably when bank ones won't. Keep a coin purse; the 500-yen coin is worth more than most notes back home.
Shoes, silence, and slurping
Shoes come off at the threshold of homes, temples, and many restaurants. Wear socks without holes. Trains are near-silent; phone calls draw stares. And the one place to be loud is over a bowl of ramen, where slurping is not rude but expected. It cools the noodles and tells the cook you mean it.

Plan Your Timing
Japan rewards the shoulder seasons. Late March to May brings the cherry blossom moving north. Kyoto and Tokyo peak around the first week of April. Followed by warm, clear weeks into May. October and November turn the maples of Kyoto and Nikko deep red, the country's other great colour season. July and August are hot and humid, with a rainy spell in June and typhoons possible into September; the deep winter is cold and clear, fine for the ski country but quiet in the cities.
