Day 1
Arrive Istanbul
Welcome to Turkey – Istanbul. After arrival, meet & greet at the airport. Lunch at Indian Restaurant. Transfer by your private vehicle to your hotel. Check-in at hotel and relax. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight stay in Istanbul. Istanbul is a major city in Turkey that straddles Europe and Asia across the Bosphorus Strait. Its Old City reflects cultural influences of the many empires that once ruled here. In the Sultanahmet district, the open-air, Roman-era Hippodrome was for centuries the site of chariot races, and Egyptian obelisks also remain.
Day 2
Istanbul City Tour – Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque & Grand Bazaar
After breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for your private Istanbul City Tour. Visit the Topkapi Palace, Photo stop at St. Sophia. Visit the Sultan Ahmet Mosque, popularly known as the Blue Mosque, was completed in 1617 just prior to the untimely death of its then 27-year old eponymous patron, The mosque dominates Istanbul’s majestic skyline with its elegant composition of ascending domes and six slender soaring . Visit the Hippodrome located in the heart of Istanbul. Lunch at Indian Restaurant. Proceed to visit the Grand Bazaar. The Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world, with 61 covered streets and over 4,000 shops on a total area. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight stay in Istanbul.
Day 3
Istanbul City Tour – Spice Market, Bosphorous Cruise, Taksim Square
After breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to visit Spice Market. No visit to Istanbul is complete without stopping by the atmospheric Spice Bazaar. While the Grand Bazaar may be the largest and most famous of Istanbul's covered bazaars, this spice market wins the prize for being the most colourful, fragrant, and often the most fun – as visitors can taste the goods on offer. Proceed to visit leather factory, experience the fine craftsmanship of leather in Istanbul. Discover a range of leather products, from clothing to accessories in city of Istanbul. Proceed for Bosphorous Cruise Tour. This cruise will take you from Eminönü all the way to the Black Sea, and back. Lunch at Indian Restaurant. Visit the Taksim Square. Taksim is a busy nightlife, shopping, and dining area. Vintage trams shuttle along Istiklal Caddesi, the city’s main pedestrian boulevard. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel in Istanbul.

Departure
After breakfast at the hotel. Proceed from Istanbul airport and return back to India with memories which will last a life time. *** END OF TOUR ***

The balloons fly at dawn, or not at all
Cappadocia's hot-air balloons launch in the still air just after sunrise, and the flight is cancelled the moment the wind picks up. Which it often does. Book your first morning, not your last, so a weather scrub leaves you a second chance. The 4am pickup is brutal and entirely worth it.

The Bosphorus splits the city between Europe and Asia, and the ferry across is the cheapest, best tour in town. Fifteen minutes, a glass of tea, the old skyline of minarets on one side and the new towers on the other. Skip the pricey dinner cruise once and just take the commuter ferry at dusk.

In the Grand Bazaar and the spice market the first number is theatre. Expect to settle around half, and walk away once to find the real price following you out the door. Carpets, lamps and gold are where it matters; for tea and spices the haggle is gentler. Cash and a smile go further than a hard line.

When to Go
Turkey reads best in the shoulder seasons. April to early June and September to October, when Istanbul is mild, the Aegean coast is warm but not scorching, and Cappadocia's balloon mornings are clear. July and August are hot, especially on the Mediterranean coast and the central plateau, and the sites are crowded. November to March is cool and wet in Istanbul and genuinely cold and often snowy in Cappadocia. Atmospheric, low-season, but pack for it.
