Day 1
Hanoi Arrival – Sapa By Private Car
Upon arrival to Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport you will be welcomed by our driver holding a sign with your name on it. Our car will pick you up at hotel then transfer (about 5.5hour driving) to Lao Cai via Hanoi Lao Cai Highways – the Vietnam’s longest expressway, cutting travel time in half to Sa Pa. Arriving Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People. Check in hotel and take a rest. Overnight in Sapa and free time to explore Sapa town by yourselves.
Day 2
Fansipan By Cable Car – Cat Cat Village
8:00: After breakfast in hotel, driver & tour guide take you to Cable Car Station and spend 20 minutes with cable car to enjoy the spectacular scenery. 9:00: Reaching the altitude of 2800 meters, you have a good time to see the view and take photos, visit pagoda the spiritual destinations and trek up to 600 steps you will reach the peak of Fansipan - the Roof of Indochina. (Spend about 1,5 hours for hiking and taking photos). 11:30: Coming back to Cable Car Station and return to Sapa town. Afternoon, 14:00 Take a short car ride just 3 km out of Sa Pa to Cat Cat village inhabited by a community of Hmong ethnic minority people. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will trekk up hill to get back to Sapa with very beautiful scenery in the late afternoon. Overnight stay in Sapa.
Day 3
Sapa – Hanoi By Private Car
After breakfast proceed for Cu Chi Tunnels Tour. Learn about the mystery of Cu Chi Tunnels by watching a documentary film. The video will partly show you how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Witness and discover the system of tunnels deep underground, can withstand the destructive power of the bomb attack from the US military. Have break time to relax or try shooting a variety of Vietnam War era weapons such as the M16 rifle or AK-47, as well as a light machine gun like the M60. Proceed back to hotel and transfer to airport for flight to Da Nang. Dinner at a Restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4
Hanoi – Hoa Lu- Tam Coc Full Day
Morning, meet our guide at your hotel and transfer to Ninh Binh Province about 100 km South of Hanoi. Head for Hoa Lu to see the few vestiges of the first capital of Vietnam. Built in the 10th Century by the Dinh Dynasty not only for a capital but also as a stronghold against the Northern invaders, Hoa Lu shortly later it was inherited by the Le Dynasty. Visit the two old temples one dedicated to Dinh Tien Hoang, the only king of the Dinh Dynasty and also Vietnam’s first emperor and the other to the succeeding kings of the Le Dynasty. Though the temples are no longer intact, some precious antique carvings and sculpture of stone and wood are still preserved. Then continue to visit Bich Dong pagoda, an ancient three tiered cave pagoda only accessible by steep stone steps, but it is really worth climbing up for a charming pagoda and stupendous view from the top. Afternoon, take a sampan cruise along the Hoang Long River through the scenic landscape of Tam Coc, a 350 ha area of karst mountains scattered over the lush wetland with paddy fields. This area is referred to as “an inland Ha Long bay” for its strikingly similar water-and-rock terrain features. Depending on the time of visit, you may see local farmers harvesting rice or transplanting seedlings for the new crop. Pass through three big caves which feature the area’s name (Tam Coc means three caves in Vietnamese) and which represent a host of local rocky caves and grottoes. End the trip, transfer back your hotel.
Day 5
Hanoi – Halong – Overnight Cruise
Morning: Have Breakfast at your hotel. Following breakfast leave Hanoi for a 2.5-hour drive to Ha Long Bay. Arrive at the jetty in Ha Long City towards noon and proceed with check-in formalities and start a remarkable cruise tour around this World Heritage Site. Embark on the cruise and enjoy a fresh beverage as a warm greeting from the crew - Check-in cabin and spend time admiring the majestic landscape of thousands of limestone islands. Lunch is served in restaurant while cruising towards the bay itself. In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on board. Towards the end of the day the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served on board. Overnight on the cruise.
Day 6
Halong Bay – Hanoi City Half Day 1 – Train Street
Enjoy the fresh morning in the middle of the bay, the sun rises on Ha Long in the morning and breakfast is served (brunch on some boats) while the vessels cruise slowly through the magnificent rock formations and back towards port. Disembark from cruise. Afterward, transfer back Hanoi in the afternoon, free and relaxing by yourselves. Note: Cruise’s itinerary is depended on each cruise’s ship. Meet your guide at hotel lobby and start to visit today. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex which features the life of Ho Chi Minh, the nation’s founder. Explore Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum with Ba Dinh square where all important events of the country will be taken place here, opposite Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is Vietnam Parliament House, and beside is President Palace. Next stop is Tran Quoc Pagoda - is the oldest temple in Hanoi and dates back to the 6th century during the reign of Emperor Ly Nam De Dynasty. Afterwards, visit Hoan Kiem Lake or “Returned Sword Lake” which originated from a legend of a sacred sword. Touring through the Old Quarter, famous for its ancient streets representing traditional trades from the past by walking. End the trip, back your hotel.
Day 7
Hanoi Departure – Da Nang Arrival – Cam Thanh Coconut Village – Hoi An Ancient Town – Lantern Boat Ride
Morning: Relax at your hotel until a private transfer takes you to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, meet your guide, who will transfer you to your hotel. Check-in from 2:00 PM (early check-in available at extra cost) and settle in for the night in Da Nang, Vietnam's vibrant coastal city. Next Day, 9:00 AM: Meet your guide and begin with a visit to Cam Thanh Coconut Jungle for a serene experience amid lush greenery. Try your hand at net fishing and enjoy a fun basket boat ride. Continue to Hoi An for a guided walking tour of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore iconic landmarks like the 400-year-old Covered Bridge, the Museum of Trade Ceramics, and the historic Tan Ky House. Discover hidden alleys for a unique, off-the-beaten-path experience. Evening: Take a lantern boat ride on the Hoai River to enjoy Hoi An's nighttime charm, release paper lanterns, and make wishes. Conclude with free time for shopping before returning to Da Nang for the night.
Day 8
Da Nang - Bana Hill Full Day
09:00: Guide will come to pick you up from your hotel and then make our way to the breathtaking Ba Na Hills. Start your day by checking in at the Suoi Mo Cable Car Station, where you'll board a cable car and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains as you make your way to Marseille Station. Once you arrive at Marseille Station, you'll have the opportunity to visit the famous Golden Bridge. This stunning pedestrian bridge is held up by two giant stone hands and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and forests. Head to Jardin D’Amour, a beautiful garden filled with colourful flowers, fountains, and sculptures. Take a leisurely stroll through the garden and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Next, you'll visit the Linh Ung Pagoda, a Buddhist temple known for its impressive statue of the Goddess of Mercy. Spend your afternoon at Fantasy Park, an amusement park with more 150 rides, games, and attractions. Whether you're a thrill-seeker or prefer something more relaxed, there’ll be exciting activities for your family at Fantasy Park.You'll end your day by exploring the fantastic view of Ba Na Hills from King Peak at an altitude of 1.487m. Return to the Cable Car Station and the Gateway, and our guide will transfer you back to the hotel. Overnight at Da Nang hotel.
Day 9
Da Nang Departure – Da Lat Arrival
Free time and relaxing until private transfer pick up at hotel and transfer to airport. Take flight back your home.
Day 10
Conquering Langbjang Mountain – Datanla Waterfall – Crazy House
From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, embark on an adventure to conquer the Lang Biang Mountain peak for stunning panoramic views. Visit Robin Hill and enjoy a scenic cable car ride to Truc Lam Zen Monastery, a serene and spiritual retreat. Stop at Datanla Waterfall, where you can experience the thrill of Asia's longest toboggan ride, stretching 2,400 meters. Explore the unique and whimsical architecture of Hang Nga Villa, famously known as "The Crazy House." Conclude the day with a visit to a high-tech strawberry farm for a glimpse into modern agricultural practices.
Day 11
Da Lat Departure
Have breakfast at the hotel and take a rest. The driver picks up and take you to the airport for your flight to back home. ***END OF TOUR***

The north-south climate split
Vietnam is long enough that the weather rarely agrees with itself. When Hanoi is cold and drizzling in January, Saigon is dry and 32 degrees, and Da Nang in the middle does its own thing. Pack for two countries and don't trust a single national forecast.

The motorbikes don't stop, so you don't wait for a gap. You step off the kerb and walk at a slow, steady pace without flinching, and the scooters flow around you. Hesitating mid-stream is what gets people clipped. Commit and keep moving; the locals will tell you the same.

The day-trippers from Hanoi see Halong Bay between eleven and three. The worst light and the biggest crowds. The overnight junks pull into quiet anchorages after the fleet leaves, and you get the karsts at dawn with the kayaks to yourself. Always take the overnight when the itinerary offers it.

When to Go
Vietnam's length makes one rule impossible, but the broad window is October to April, when the country is at its driest and coolest. The southern beaches. Phu Quoc, Saigon. Hold dry through April; the centre around Da Nang and Hoi An floods September to November; the north, Hanoi and Sapa, is cold and misty December to February but clear. June to August is the hot, wet monsoon in the south and centre.
