Incentives & reward trips
Villa estates, jungle spa afternoons and clifftop sundowners make Bali the wellness-led reward top performers remember. It anchors incentive programmes for teams who want the trip to feel earned, not just expensive.
The wellness-led incentive island: cliff-top villas, jungle spas and rice-terrace mornings that make Bali the reward top performers actually talk about all year.
Why Bali for corporate travel
01
Jungle spas at Ubud, cliff-edge infinity pools at Uluwatu and villa estates with private butlers give an incentive the one thing a bonus cannot: recovery. Winners come home rested, not just photographed, and that is the story the next contest sells itself on.
02
Nusa Dua is a purpose-built resort enclave with the island's largest ballrooms and the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre next door, while Jimbaran, Ubud and Uluwatu carry deep five-star and private-villa stock for 30 to 400 travellers under polished MICE operations.
03
A rice-paddy team challenge at 9am, a cooking or silver-craft workshop after lunch, a catamaran at sunset and a cliffside Kecak-dance gala to close: few destinations move a group through nature, culture and celebration inside a single day the way Bali does.
Villa estates, jungle spa afternoons and clifftop sundowners make Bali the wellness-led reward top performers remember. It anchors incentive programmes for teams who want the trip to feel earned, not just expensive.
Nusa Dua resort ballrooms and the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre run congresses and dealer meets from 200 to 2,500, with full AV production and breakout blocks a short buggy ride from the beach.
Kecak fire-dance galas on the Uluwatu cliffs, beach-club takeovers at Jimbaran and lantern-lit rice-terrace dinners in Ubud. Bali stages the celebration teams remember longer than any session.
Rice-paddy relay challenges, Balinese cooking and silver-craft workshops, temple-and-waterfall trails and CSR shoreline clean-ups. High-energy and mindful formats sized from 30-person huddles to 400-strong cohorts.

Qualifiers flew from six Indian cities in two arrival waves. The programme paired an Ubud wellness-and-craft day with a half-day business block, closing on a Kecak fire-dance gala at Uluwatu that became the campaign image for the next contest. Visa pre-clearance, airfare blocks and rooming ran through one Tibro desk.

FAQ
Indian passport holders get a visa-on-arrival or e-VOA, issued online in minutes or on landing at Denpasar. For cohorts we pre-clear the e-VOA before departure against the ticketing schedule, so a late qualifier can still make the trip.
Four nights is the Bali standard, culture day, business block, cliffside gala and a choice day. Add a fifth night for larger cohorts or a dedicated Ubud wellness block.
