Why Cordelia Cruises for corporate travel

Why corporate programmes keep choosing Cordelia Cruises.

    01

    A destination in itself

The ship is the reward, casino, pool-deck parties, Starlight Theatre shows and speciality restaurants mean the programme never has to leave the deck. One embarkation and everything the cohort touches for three nights is on board.

    02

    Perfect for first-time travellers

Everything is included and everything is a few steps away, so a cohort that has never flown abroad, or never travelled for work at all, gets a premium experience with zero navigation, no forex and no visa. The reward carries the least-travelled winner as easily as the most.

    03

    Numerous experiences, zero downtime

Deck galas, gaming, live entertainment, spa, kids' zones and shore excursions run back to back, so a broad cohort with mixed tastes each finds their evening, the reward that keeps 500 people engaged without a bus in sight.

Four programme formats, one Cordelia Cruises.

What shapes the investment in Cordelia Cruises.

    • 01

Sailing and season, peak festive departures price higher; shoulder and repositioning sailings ease per-berth rates

    • 02

Cabin tier and mix, interior, sea-view, balcony and suite split across the cohort

    • 03

Full-ship charter vs cabin block, and exclusive-use of decks and venues

    • 04

Gala and event production, deck buyouts, casino night, theatre shows and branding

    • 05

    Format

Mumbai–Goa cabin block with a full-ship gala night

A field-force reward for a first-time-traveller cohort, an embarkation from Mumbai, a Starlight Theatre plenary, a Goa shore day and a white-party deck gala to close. Tibro handled cabin allocation across tiers, airport-to-terminal transfers from six cities and Jain and vegetarian menus at every seating; a cohort that had mostly never travelled for work came back as the flagship contest.

    An insurance company

Half our winners had never travelled for work. Everything was on the ship, so nobody felt lost, and the deck gala on the last night is still the story they tell.

    FAQ

    Planning Cordelia Cruises, answered.

Do we need any documentation for a Cordelia corporate group?

For domestic sailings, a standard government photo ID at the terminal is all that's needed, no visa and no forex. International calls (Sri Lanka, for example) require passports, which we flag and manage at proposal stage.

    What sailing length works best?

Two to three nights is the standard, a sea day, a shore call and a gala finale. Longer itineraries add Lakshadweep or Sri Lanka calls when the calendar and cohort allow.

Can you handle Indian and Jain food for the group?

Yes. Cordelia's restaurants run Indian, Jain and vegetarian menus as standard, and we confirm the cohort's dietary split with the ship at proposal stage so every seating is covered, a big reason first-time-traveller groups are comfortable on board.

    When should we avoid sailing?

The southwest monsoon can affect sea conditions and some sailings mid-year, so August–October and February–April offer the calmest, most reliable windows out of Mumbai, Chennai and Goa. We plan the programme to the published sailing calendar.

How do out-of-city winners reach the ship?

There's no cruise-side flight, but we arrange the cohort's flights into the embarkation city and airport-to-terminal transfers so a mixed-city group boards together, the ship replaces the destination, not the travel logistics.

    Do we get GST-compliant billing?

Yes, corporate billing with GST invoices, a line-item build-up in every proposal, and milestone payment terms agreed before you announce internally.
