Recall
A reveal staged against Dubai's skyline or a Jaipur palace courtyard borrows the place's glamour and attaches it to the product. Dealers remember where they first saw it.
Channel heat
A dealer who was flown in, hosted, and handed the product first becomes its loudest advocate. Launch tours convert the channel before the first customer walks in.
Content
The reveal film, the press coverage, the social cut, the dealer testimonials, a produced launch generates the campaign's content library in a single evening.
Sample programmes
Day 1
Guests arrive, curiosity builds
Branded arrivals and hotel check-in with a teaser drop in every room. Evening welcome dinner, the product absent, the anticipation present.

The reveal
Morning at leisure while the crew finishes the stage. Evening: the launch, lighting, film, the unveiling moment, first-touch demos, and a gala dinner that keeps the energy in the room.
Day 3
Hands on, orders in
Demo and test-drive day with the sales team working the floor, one-on-one dealer meetings in suites, press corner running interviews. Farewell dinner with the commercial announcements.
Day 4
Depart with the story

“The distributors still talk about the night the car came up through the stage floor. We booked a year's orders in the two days after it.”
We coordinate demo-unit logistics with customs brokers, temporary-import paperwork (ATA Carnet where applicable), bonded storage, and the return leg. Start this workstream first; it has the longest lead time.
Crew and venue staff work under NDA, the product stays in controlled storage until show-call, and rehearsals run closed-door. We've staged reveals where even the emcee saw the product an hour before the audience.
Common and workable, your agency owns the creative and the show content; Tibro owns travel, venue, production infrastructure, and the guest journey. We contract the seam explicitly so nothing falls between.
Three to five months for an international launch, venue and production holds first, guest ticketing last. A domestic launch can compress to eight weeks if the venue is available.
Define it upfront: dealer order commitments taken on demo day, press pickups, content assets delivered, and post-event dealer NPS. We build the measurement points into the agenda rather than reporting attendance.

Headcount, rough dates and what the trip needs to achieve. That's all we need to come back with venues, a sample flow and an indicative budget.
