    Why Russia for corporate travel

Why corporate programmes keep choosing Russia.

    01

    Imperial scale that impresses

Red Square, the Kremlin, the Hermitage and the palaces of St Petersburg give a delegation or dealer meet a genuinely imperial backdrop. For a programme that needs to signal ambition, few cities carry this much weight.

    02

Two great cities, one high-speed link

Moscow's business energy and St Petersburg's cultural splendour sit four hours apart by high-speed train, so one programme delivers a commercial capital and a Tsarist showpiece without a wasted day.

    03

    Trade-body and delegation heritage

Russia has a long history of Indian trade delegations and industry visits. For industrial cohorts and chambers of commerce, the meeting substance, factories, trade bodies, supplier introductions, is real.

    Four programme formats, one Russia.

    FAQ

    Planning Russia, answered.

    What visa does Russia require?

A business or tourist visa for Indian passport holders, with an invitation letter. Tibro manages the letters, documentation and cohort processing in managed waves against the schedule.

    What trip length works best?

Three to four nights across two cities, Moscow for the business and reward, St Petersburg for the palaces and gala, linked by the high-speed Sapsan train.

Do we need translators on the ground?

Yes for most formats, Tibro assigns bilingual tour managers and arranges translator support at meetings, galas and challenges. English is limited outside major hotels.

Is food easy for Indian and vegetarian groups?

Yes, with notice. Moscow and St Petersburg have Indian restaurants and hotels arrange Indian and vegetarian menus for galas and events. Brief us at proposal stage.

When is the best time to go?

May–September is warm and bright, with the June–July white nights the showpiece window in St Petersburg. Winter is cold but atmospheric for indoor formats.

    Do we get GST-compliant billing?

Yes, corporate billing with GST invoices, a line-item build-up in every proposal, and milestone payment terms agreed before you announce internally.
