What visa does Finland require?
A Schengen visa for Indian passport holders. Tibro manages the cohort application in managed waves against the ticketing schedule, start at least six to eight weeks out.
Are the Northern Lights guaranteed?
No one can guarantee the aurora, but December–March in Lapland gives strong odds, and we build multiple aurora-watch opportunities across the programme to maximise the chance.
How cold is it and is the group looked after?
Deep winter is well below freezing, but full thermal kit, heated transport and expert guides are standard, Finland manages the Arctic impeccably. We brief the group thoroughly before travel.
Is food easy for Indian and vegetarian groups?
Yes, with notice. Resorts and gala venues arrange Indian and vegetarian menus even in remote Lapland when briefed at proposal stage.
What trip length works best?
Three to four nights in Lapland, optionally with a Helsinki arrival night, enough for the safaris, an igloo night and a gala without over-extending in the cold.
Do we get GST-compliant billing?
