    Why organisations run this.

    Recovery

    Burnout gets a counter-move

After a crunch quarter, a designed week of sleep, movement, and real food repairs what a wellness-app subscription can't. People return with capacity, not just attendance.

    Retention

    Wellbeing becomes visible

A retreat is the most tangible line in a wellbeing program, proof the company spends on recovery, not just output. It's remembered at appraisal season and at resignation-letter season.

    Energy

    The team returns sharp

Teams come back with the kind of focus no Monday-morning townhall produces. The quarter after the retreat is when the investment shows.

    4 nights, Rishikesh

    Day 1

    Arrive and slow down

Transfers from Dehradun, riverside check-in, gentle orientation walk, and an early, unhurried dinner. Phones optional from tonight, by design, not decree.

    Day 2

    The practice begins

Sunrise yoga on the ghats, breathwork session mid-morning, nutrition-led lunch, spa and rest blocks through the afternoon, evening Ganga aarti as an experience, not an excursion.

    Day 3

    Into the hills

Guided forest-trail morning, shared movement without a leaderboard. Afternoon workshops by choice: meditation, journaling, or simply the riverbank. Quiet dinner, early night.

    Day 4

    Unscheduled, protected

A genuinely free day, practitioners available, nothing mandatory. Optional light rafting for those who want it. Closing circle before dinner: one commitment each, taken home.

    Day 5

    Re-entry, gently

Final sunrise practice, late breakfast, and transfers timed so nobody lands back in their inbox before evening.

Mountain-side reset with mindfulness workshops, yoga mornings, and distraction-free leadership dialogue.

    Planning questions, answered.

Is this religious? Our team is mixed-faith.

No, programs are secular by default. Yoga and breathwork are run as practice, not observance, and every element is optional. Venues are chosen for practitioner quality, not affiliation.

What fitness level does it assume?

None. Sessions run at gentle intensity with modifications offered throughout; the forest walks are graded easy. This is a recovery program, not a bootcamp.

Can we combine it with work sessions?

Lightly, one strategy morning inside a four-night retreat works for leadership cohorts. More than that defeats the format; we'll say so if the agenda creeps.

How do you handle dietary needs?

Menus are built with the venue's nutrition team and accommodate vegetarian, vegan, Jain, gluten-free, and allergy requirements, collected at registration, confirmed at the venue.

    What's the right group size?

Ten to sixty. Beyond sixty the practice sessions split into batches and the retreat starts feeling like a conference, we'd suggest two cohorts instead.

Headcount, rough dates and what the trip needs to achieve. That's all we need to come back with venues, a sample flow and an indicative budget.
